For over 20 years, Kamel LAMA, qualified in Political Science and holder of a postgraduate certificate in New Educational Technologies, creates educational games and simulations for many organisations (social security, union, army,…) and companies (Axa, La Redoute, Alstom, …). It is aimed at diverse populations and handles varied themes always established in the Trainee Business.

Kamel LAMA's games have won three awards::

• 1992 : Grand prix de l'innovation pédagogique - prize for training innovation for Simulexport (training innovation forum).
• 1997: Prix Audace de l'innovation dans l'armée - bold innovation prize in the army for Simavant (Fondation de Haute Clocque).
• 1999: Lud'Or for The Professional equality game (Ludimat Expo).
